MOLIS - Minority On-line Information System, Scholarships/Fellowships This search service provides information about scholarship opportunities for qualified minority applicants. Coalition to Increase Minority Degrees (CIMD) MATI (Minority Advanced Technology Initiative) utilizes advanced technology on behalf of Expanding Minority Opportunities. It is the technology support and development initiative respectively of both the Coalition to Increase Minority Degrees (CIMD) and the Center for Cost-Effective Interactive Learning Excellence (CCILE). Both CIMD and CCILE are currently headquartered at Arizona State University's Hispanic Research Center. This page provides a free, comprehensive, independent, and objective guide to student financial aid. It was created by Mark Kantrowitz, author of The Prentice Hall Guide to Scholarships and Fellowships for Math and Science Students, and is sponsored by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA).
