On October 23, 2000, the ERIC Clearinghouse on Rural Education and Small Schools and the Office of Migrant Education hosted an online forum. Read the transcript for this forum, "How Can We Improve the Identification and Recruitment of Migrant Students? A Nationwide Discussion." Ideas obtained from this online discussion will help OME shape new identification and recruitment initiatives.
The 1999 Directory of Services for Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers and Their Families is now available online as a searchable database. This directory is a collaborative effort between the Office of Migrant Education and the ERIC Clearinghouse on Rural Education.
